Live Fish – No returns, please choose carefully

Please note, we will not accept any return on live fish as there are a lot of complexity involved in packaging and shipping of fish. Please choose carefully. However, we will try our best to describe our fish colour and size. Once we ship your fish, we will only guarantee alive on arrival. If your fish dies after 24 hours, we will not give any refund or any compensation. If to unforeseen circumstances and your fish dies on arrival, we will give you store credit. We will need photo and video proof within the estimated arrival time. Please note, every computer screen resolution colour can be different and this in turn can vary the colour of the fish you see online to some degree. However, what you see on screen will be the fish that we will post out to you. We will continuously update our live fish section as new stock comes in. We will not use a generalise picture of the fish to depict the fish you will be receiving. 

We guarantee that all our fish will arrive alive and healthy to you.  However, in the evitable instance that your fish does arrive dead, please take a picture of the fish in the shipping bag prior to opening it and once again out of the bag and email it to us. We will then send you a claim form to fill out and we will organise refund straight into your account.

Faulty Products

In the evitable case where your product arrives defective, please take a picture and email it to us. We will then send you a claim form. It will then require you to send the product back to us along with the claim form or you can email or fax the claim form back to us after you post the item back (if the item is faulty, we will also cover delivery cost for you). We will organise a refund or exchange for the same product, once we receive the faulty items with your claim form.

Product Exchange

Please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order.

We will only accept exchange if the product(s) is unused, not open and intact in original condition. Please ensure that product is packaged properly as if it gets damage in transit then we will not accept the return.

If you did pay for express delivery cost, this will not be refunded. The return shipping cost will be covered by you, the customer.


We accept payments via PayPal, Visa and Mastercard

Refund & Exchanges

We will make all refunds by Bank Deposit or back into your PayPal account.

Refund can take up to 30 days through PayPal (as stated by PayPal but usually it’ll take 5-7 business days).
